77bet Platform Terms of Use
1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account on 77bet and participate in any game or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.
Providing a false age at registration is considered a serious violation and will result in account closure. 77bet reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds without refund if it is established that the user was a minor.
- The registrant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- The same person may not open more than one account.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- Only legally eligible individuals may use this platform.
3. Account Registration
When registering on 77bet, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
3.1 Required Information
The following information must be provided accurately at registration:
- Full name (as per national ID)
- Date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
- Active mobile number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Payment method details
3.2 Identity Verification
77bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of the national ID or passport may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals.
4. Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party creates a security risk, and 77bet will not be liable for any resulting loss.
If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. Any betting or financial transactions carried out through authorized or unauthorized access will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi networks.
- Always log out of your account after use.
- Do not share your OTP code with anyone.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
77bet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
5.1 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds must be sent only from the user's own registered payment method. Sending funds from someone else's account or depositing through a third party is not acceptable, and such transactions may be cancelled.
5.2 Withdrawal Process and Timeframe
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before withdrawing, the account must have a sufficient available balance and all applicable wagering requirements must be met.
Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the user's own registered payment account. Withdrawals to any other account are not available.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
77bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Specific conditions must be met to use these offers.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may be used only once.
- Bets placed with bonus funds must be made on the specific games or sections tied to the relevant promotion.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their tier — from Bronze up to Platinum, up to a maximum of 1.0%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.
7. Betting Rules
The following rules apply when participating in sports betting, casino games, and other activities on 77bet.
7.1 Bet Limits
Each game or event has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly stated in the relevant game or betting section.
7.2 Results and Disputes
77bet's decisions regarding game results and betting event outcomes are considered final. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, the platform reserves the right to void those bets.
7.3 Event Cancellation
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be settled according to 77bet's established policy. In general, stakes on cancelled events are refunded, but please refer to the relevant section for full details.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:
- Bonus abuse or claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
- Using any software or bot to place automated bets.
- Participating in collaborative betting or assisting with match fixing.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to access other members' accounts.
- Registering using a false or misleading identity.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
77bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
- Registration by a minor.
A user may also voluntarily request to close their account. In this case, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the relevant payment method, but any unused bonuses will be considered void.
10. Responsible Gaming
